Your Privacy
We do not share nor sell our customer's emails or addresses to anyone. You can order with complete assurance that you will not receive any junk mail or phone calls from us or any other sources. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Our Standards
We believe in nature, our products are made from high quality materials, handmade, 100% plant based, most of our products have a very long shelf life, however, this is only when they are stored in dry conditions at an ambient room temperature out of direct sunlight. The temperature/humidity of our storage facilities is strictly controlled to ensure that all of our ingredients maintain their purity and quality so that you receive our products in perfect condition. The shelf life periods quoted on our products are only valid if you continue to store them under the recommended conditions.

Animal Testing
All our products are 100% plant based, handmade and cruelty free and we do not collaborate with or stock any products from manufacturers who carry out animal testing of any kind.

We do not share nor sell our customers information, emails or addressed to anyone.
Our Wildcard SSL certificate guarantees an iron-clad encryption for all of our online transactions, our security certificate is signed with NIST recommended 2048 bit signatures and provides a powerful 256 bit encryption of our customer data.
We always encourage our customers to create accounts with our online store for those reasons:
1- Proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase.
2- Check the status of orders.
3- View past orders.
4- Make changes to your account information.

Update Account Details
Please take some time to carefully enter your complete shipping address and to make sure that your email is valid when making an order. An incorrect email address means that you will not receive any automated notifications relating to your order nor will we be able to contact you should there be a problem. All courier services require a telephone number so please make sure your number is entered correctly so the courier can contact you when they not be able to deliver.

Our Dispatch Department will send you the tracking number for your order, please follow it as the tracking information will inform you of any failed delivery attempt so you can then contact the courier's office to arrange for another delivery at a time when someone will be at the shipping address to sign for your order. Two failed attempts to deliver your order will result in your order being held for collection at a local post office. If you fail to collect your order within the number of days stated on your tracking information then it will be returned to our warehouse. We will be charged for this return by our courier and you will receive a refund for the full value of your order but not for the shipping cost.

Our online products price and availability might change from time to time according to our marketing plan and regional strategy, we do lots of promotions, discounts and sale for our existing or new customers.

You might need to visit our online products catalogue or check our newsletter for new offers and discount codes. We encourage all our new customers to subscribe to our newsletter to keep updated with our new offers, in event of purchase to check our new products prices or availability.

Customer Agreement
 Each individual product is clearly labelled with the relevant information relating to ingredients, safety and usage.
Once you have accepted the products you are responsible for the usage of them. This includes carrying out 'patch tests' to determine whether or not you could have an adverse reaction of any description to a product or products.
Information and products are provided on an "as is" basis and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that all our products ordered are suitable for their intended application.

Payment Methods
You can pay using your card including (Visa, MasterCard or American Express, Discover, JCB or any other recognized cards).
We do not accept Bank Transfers, Money Orders, Cheques or any other forms of payment other than those available in our online checkout for retail prices. 
We only accept payment by bank transfer for all products ordered from our Wholesale Price List. 
We do not ship orders (COD) Cash On Delivery.
We do not offer credit terms and promotions.

Credit Card Information
We do not hold any credit card details and our entire checkout process for credit card payments is handled by Stripe.

Additional Postal Fees
If you have a package shipped to your place of business or work, please remember to list the company name in the delivery address Info so that we can ship to you personally in care of your company or business address. We can only ship to the address given to us. If we ship to the address you list and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if this is as a result of an error you made when entering your address information or you have been unable to sign for the package for any reason. Any refused and or unsigned shipments will be billed the shipping charges.

Minimum Order Quantity
There is no minimum order but please be aware that the postage and packing on every small order may be disproportionately high compared to the value of the goods you order.

Maximum Order Quantity out of wholesale deals
When your order reach £10,000, we request source of identification, please be advised that wholesale having different prices but it must be done through our regular channels and agreement.

Shipping and Handling Policy
Please allow 3 working days for our warehouse to process your order.
For wholesale orders between 15 - 50 kilos please allow up to 7 working days.
For wholesale orders over 50 kilos please allow up to 15 working days.

All orders that has been placed and gone through checkout cannot be changed. Any additions to your order will be treated as a new order and shipped separately.

We are closed on weekends and holidays and do not ship during these times.
Please do not count these days towards your total shipping time.

All the information contained in our Delivery Information section form part of these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understand and agree with all the information contained in  Delivery Info.

Damaged Packages
All orders are packed carefully and very securely and all items leave our warehouse in excellent conditions. However, if you receive a package which has been damaged in transit you must inform us within 24 hours. You must save the original packaging materials as we will require proof of damage in order to make a claim against the carrier and the carrier may request photos.

Return Policy
For refunds of items where there is no fault: these must be returned unused, not opened, our sealed logo not removed or cut, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 5 days. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable.
